Mount Batur sunrise trekking is a big journey. You have to be prepared, fisically prepared to make it. It is a hard climb, but the prize in the end is beautiful. The staff is also great. Our driver Broto is a great person, very polited and helpful. Our trekking guide Roman is a funny man, very professional. We liked everything.

Eddy managed our transfer from our hotel in Ubud to Mount Batur and took us to the Luwak Coffee experience as well. He was very kind and helpful all way long making the experience even special. Suryadi, our jeep driver was the best. He knew all the great spots for photoshooting and made a lot of photos to remember this amazing experience. The lava field after the sunrise was out of this world... we were amazed!! This was the best choice and if we came to Bali again, we would book this trip one more time! Thanks for Eddy and Suryadi!

I loved everything about this tour, all the places that we visited, it was very unique , the tour guide was amazing , he really makes you feel comfortable and safe he goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time, he was very kind and professional , very attentive and helpful. We had an excellent experience! Our driver, Andre, was absolutely fantastic. His English was excellent, and he made the drive so enjoyable by sharing lots of interesting information about Bali’s history and its gods. The snorkeling was a highlight – our guide was wonderful, very helpful with taking photos and pointing out marine life, including turtles and even a baby stingray! Lunch was also great – there was a good variety to choose from, and the portions were just right to keep us full and happy on the way back. Overall, a really well-organized and memorable day. Highly recommend!
