It was easy to book the tickets for Galleria dell'Accdemia in advance, with the app the access to your tickets is very handy and upon arrival I could skip the line.

La compra fue rápida excelente, para Gallerie Uffici en Firenze.Realmente era un mundo de gente, tuvimos que hacer una larga fila, el museo es maravilloso.

Isabella è una guida esperta e competente; con la sua simpatia e la sua capicità narrativa ha saputo illustrarci le meraviglie degli Uffizi, dall'esterno alle opere d'arte principali conservate nelle innumerevoli stanze. E' stato molto coinvolgente e interessante: un percorso artistico/storico/culturale che "trasporta" il visitatore in Firenze rinascimentale. Ottima l'organizzazione Headout che ha saputo far fronte alla enorme mole di visitatori del periodo natalizio grazie ad indicazioni precise e personale attento.

Con il city pass per Firenze abbiamo visitato gli Uffizi con il salta fila abbiamo saltato tutta la coda davanti a noi. Ci siamo incaminate tra gli immensi corridoi e immerse tra le opere più belle ed entusiasmanti di sempre . Il nostro tour è continuato con la visita del palazzo Pitti e anche lì abbiamo evitato la gente prima di noi , tra abiti storici e stanze con i soffiti meravigliosi abbiamo vissuto veramente delle belle sensazioni tra i vari peiodi storici . Vi consiglio di acquistare il pass per Firenze molto comodo e soprattutto vi arricchirà di cultura.

It was great to have the tickets to see all of the sights electronically. As we had booked the tour for our first full day in Florence it was great to hear the history of the cathedral, Florence and the Medici family. It helped us to decide on other places to see and linked some of the treasures we say in the museums. Anastasia, our guide, was so passionate and enthusiastic we couldn't help but feel the same about the beautiful city of Florence. Her knowledge was incredible. Highly recommended.

I booked this tour on a whim because the time slot fit perfectly with my itinerary during my day trip in Florence. Best decision I ever made! Although I booked the tour solo, I met a lot of friendly people. The tour was small - only 10 people. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and explained the history behind the paintings and statues in the Academia Museum and the layout of the cathedrals. Since we had some extra time, we got to briefly tour other sacred sites that were originally not part of the itinerary, which was an excellent way to utilize our time. I can tell you that the highlight of this tour was climbing the Duomo and seeing a bird's eye view of Florence. Trust me, I was a bit nervous about the actual climb and how many steps there would be (463 steps), but rest assured there are multiple areas within the climb where you can stop to take a breather. The view of Florence from above was priceless! I would recommend this tour to anyone who has flexibility during their day trip (or few days) in Florence!

Very interesting museum. We had a chance to touch all the atractions of Leonardo and we love it. My children were exited and there is so nice that the logical puzzles can be purchaised in the museum shop. Recommending.
