Florence for solo travellers

Luisa was our guide. She was personable and highly competent. She added us to a what's app group to keep us in the loop throughout our visit to the Cinque Terre towns. Everyone loves the towns, trails and waterside. What she brought to the table were Little things. For example, she chose Treno stops where our group boarded a nearly empty train. The very next stop it was bursting with tourists. She managed the same thing on the way back. Five star review

Der Service vor Ort und Hilfsbereitschaft wir waren zu spät angereist, konnten aber unsere Tickets für den nächsten Tag umbuchen. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr hilfreich. Sie haben sich sofort dafür eingesetzt, dass wir neue Tickets bekommen. Die Kombination war genau richtig für Florenz.

Although we lost half of the trip because we could not find the meeting point we managed to find our group and live the experience at sienna ! The girls at the meeting point were very polite and helped me book train tickets to find the other people of my group. Barbara was super guide and kind!
