Nous avons découvert des chefs d'oeuvres avec les travaux de marqueterie de pierres semi-précieuses des tables. On n'a pas vu le temps passé.

I didn't use your tickets. Remember? I had problems getting my husband's ticket - a second ticket with a separate barcode. I was SO FRUSTRATED by Headout's handling of this I ended up buying tickets from one of your competitors. After this bad experience with Headout, I'll never use them again!!

Boboli gardens is beautiful although a few of the features are being renovated at the moment. I'm not sure the timed entry ticket is necessary on week days and away from school holidays as could have just walked in. Also ticket only came through your feedback. shortly before arrival which gave unnecessary stress Only got notified had to bring own speakers for audio guide and had already left by the time ticket came through. So paid more than normal entry price for no added value.

Cortesia e gentilezza alla persona che si trovava all' ingresso. Bellissimo percorso, sensazione di calma e scoperto all'orto botanico di piante molto belle e particolare. Unica pecca non siamo riusciti a visitare museo della ceramica. Per il resto, splendida esperienza.

The artwork in the Pitti Palace and the building and decor were stunning and entry was no problem with the ticket purchased via Headout. We had a problem with entry to the Boboli Gardens and the audio guide though, but Headout sorted the issue impressively quickly and sympathetically. Be aware that audio guides can be sourced too at the venue. The views from the top of the gardens were lovely; the gardens less so. Much was either not open, or under renovation so couldn't be accessed. The rest was rather unkempt and looked unloved, which was a shame - a nice quiet place for a stroll though.

Boboli Gardens: Daily, 9am to 4pm

Bardini Gardens: Daily, 10am to 4pm

Uffizi Gallery: Tue–Sun, 8:15am to 6:30pm (closed Monday)

Last entry is one hour before closing.

Occasionally, certain areas may be closed for restoration or maintenance.

Children ages 0–17 can enter free of charge but must still have a reserved ticket.

Audio guides and digital guidebooks are offered in various languages. Headphones are needed to use them.
