I knew Florence it's must see city, but now that i've experienced it for myself, seeing it's Galleries, Museums, the incredible art people left behind for centuries, im proud to be alive and to be a human beeing. As an actor, i feel inspired now, for it's art that makes you whole in it's purest form. Thank you for this amazing offer regarding the tickets. Der Service vor Ort und Hilfsbereitschaft wir waren zu spät angereist, konnten aber unsere Tickets für den nächsten Tag umbuchen. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr hilfreich. Sie haben sich sofort dafür eingesetzt, dass wir neue Tickets bekommen. Die Kombination war genau richtig für Florenz.

The visit to the Uffizi Galleries and Pallazo Pitti/Bobolli Gardens was well worth it. Having pre-booked our tickets through Headout made the experience convenient and helped us make the most of our time. The attraction was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it.

O palácio Piti tem um bonito acervo de obras de arte. São tantas obras que não consigo eleger a mais bela. Quanto ao jardim, estava em obras e não pudemos apreciá-lo como deveria.

The Pitti Palace was an exceptional experience. We loved the history, art and particularly the costume gallery. As older visitors our legs did not appreciate the Bobboli Gardens.

The palace was amazing, and while in October, the gardens were not in full bloom and partially under repair, wonderful to see! I recommend going early to avoid the crowds

OMG there's not a corner without something gorgeous, sumptuous, sublime, or just plain beautiful!! The wall coverings, ceilings, floors, and the vast collection of paintings, sculptures, artifacts, porcelain vases, and more, are altogether and on their own, worth your time and rapt attention. Signage is very useful, it describes the rooms, the art within, and historical aspects. I loved the costume & fashion rooms! Be sure to go to the top of Boboli Gardens too, the view at the top & paths there are wonders!

The overall building of the palace , state rooms , art work and ceilings,The costume exhibitions seeing it through the years. And the gardens and how incredible the fountains and statues are. Staff was helpful and organised. Only criticism, a lot of maintenance undergoing that we was not notified of, which did spoil the experience a bit as fountains was not in operation. So could not see the gardens in its full potential.

No fuss-quick access🤸, full of ever-changing history, Art through the ages..very impressive 👏. The gardens are splendid although a lot of building 👷‍♂️ work going on. Anyhoo overall thoroughly enjoyable few hours. Recommended.

Too much to do in 1 day unless you start earlier in the morning. If you go in the warmer months, being lots of water for when you walk the garden as it is so large, you can get lost.

The climb from the square to the Pitti Palace entrance is steep (up to 20% gradient); wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility should have an accompanying person.

From the courtyard, you can access the Palatine Gallery (1st floor) via stairs or lifts, located on the right near the cloakroom.

Boboli Gardens are fully pedestrianized and not accessible by vehicle; however, disability badge holders may park nearby.
