Tickets were given to us at the assigned location however I would like to point out to future customers that do not expect the representative to be there more than 15 minutes prior to entry time The visit was excellent and the audio guide was helpful A beautiful historical building in Florence

Mistake meant to give 3. Lady wasn't pleasant who gave us tickets. Also, the entrance to the tower inside that we wanted to climb up to see the view was blocked off and we couldn't go up the steps. Palace was very nice otherwise.

Oui rapide avec la personne qui attend dehors par contre l'audioguide n'est pas terrible. Répétition de certaines phrases et pas en phase avec le parcours. Pas aussi intuitif que les audio guides officiels.

S'il y a bien une visite à faire à Florence en ce moment c'est bien le palazzo vecchio. Préférez le au palazzo Pitti dont les jardins sont accessibles mais très restreints car en grande rénovation !

Amazing experience, the halls are impressive. Seeing Dante's death Mask was a plus. This is one of the most impressive buildings we've ever visites. The staff is helpful too. A must see!

Die Ticket-Übergabe + Audio hat perfekt geklappt. Nur war für uns die Zeit zu knapp. Bei Headout sollte bei den letzten Einlasszeiten ein Hinweis sein, dass um 17 Uhr der Palazzo geschlossen wird und bereits um 16:30 Uhr die Besucher nach außen gebeten werden!

Difficultés à trouver le guide derrière la fontaine. Nous sommes pourtant arrivés 15 minutes avant comme demandé. Sinon, pour le reste tout fut ok
