The Florence Palazzo Vecchio is a beauiful, very large Renaissance building that has had multiple uses in its life - including the home of one of the later Medici families and more importantly the "town hall" and seat of government for the city of Firenze. It is magnificent with beautiful ceilings, wall frescos, paintings, statues and cabinetry. Headout provided Skip-the-line tickets easily which meant we just walked in a special entrance while others waited their turn. And the DEX app provided a good audio guide, especially of the lesser known art works and many rooms of the Palazzo. Worth the money!!

Buying the tickets was easy and we had no issues getting into the Palazzo. I really liked the audio guide, it gave us some much needed context to the interiors. The Palazzo Vecchio is beautiful but having more information made it much more enjoyable.

It was an audio tour but the key thing here isthat Headout was the only place we could get entry tickets that day. They were excellent and easy to deal with. THe Palace is worth a visit. Beautiful.

Absolutely incredible without the trouble of waiting in line. I was able to stay out of the crowd. It was almost like I was by myself! I would recommend Skip the line for any Tour or excursion.

We very much enjoyed the tour which the Museo honoured , however the Museo did not know anything about our booking so I cannot recommend your service and am not confident to use you again

The guide was excellent, please tell her a great thanks ( I do not remember her name now). Though my wife was very tired and had illigus so ee had to skip the second floor.

Grâce aux billets coupe-file, nous avons pu entrer en moins de 5 minutes. Parfait! Quand au guide immersif, il nous a bien rendu service en nous promenant dans le palais et en dirigeant la visite. Les commentaires sont intéressants et complets. Un vrai plaisir!
