Leider kann ich wenig Gutes schreiben. Trotz Buchung eines Zeitfensters waren wir erst nach ca. 60min Antstehen im Haus. Einen Audioguide gab es nicht. Nur einen QR Code. Dieser funktionierte nicht. Im Haus musste man selbst auch noch nach bestimmten Räumen anstehen. So konnten wir unsere ausgewählten Bilder nicht betrachten. Z. B. Albrecht Dürer. 30min vor Schließzeit wurden beliebte Räume einfach geschlossen. Es ist unsagbar traurig und enttäuschend, dass mit Kunst so Profit gemacht wird. Viel zu viele Menschen sind gleichzeitig in der Galerie. Schrecklich. Die Ticketübetgabe hat funktioniert.

Enjoyed my tour of Gallerie dell'Accademia. I booked through Headout and the booking was managed by Italy Pass locally. I collected my ticket from their office (one block away from Accademia) and went to the Red Point exactly at the time stated on the ticket. Did not have to wait for more than a minute or so—they let the line in pretty much on the dot. The audio guide was a good bonus. Thanks, Shaahi for your support!

Todo muy, la persona con la que teníamos que canjear las entradas muy bien, vio que estabamos un poco perdidos en el punto de encuentro y se acerco a preguntarnos. Muy amable y paciente y nos acompaño hasta la fila de entrada y no tardamos en entrar. El museo de los mejores de Florencia, no solo por el David, tiene cuadros y esculturas que también merecen la pena ver. La audio guia muy bien con datos muy interesantes.

When visiting Florence your stay wouldn't be complete without a trip to the Accademia to visit Michelangelo's statue of David.. what a marvel it is and it couldn't of been made any easier with the booking through headout. I arrived 15 minutes before the tour and we skipped all the queues with prompt access.. Headout provide a great efficient service.. Definitely worth a booking... Solo traveller from Ireland

Visiting the Galleria dell’Accademia was one of the highlights of my time in Florence. Of course, seeing David by Michelangelo in person is absolutely breathtaking—no photo can truly capture its scale and detail. But what surprised me most was everything beyond David. Visité la galería única y exclusivamente para ver el David de Miguel Angel, que aunque había visto la réplica en la calle el verlo el original allí dentro no tiene punto de comparación la cara, el cuerpo los detalles. Me encantó. hay que verlo no te puedes ir de Florencia sin visitarlo

Fue muy fácil el proceso de la compra de los Tiquetes con la app ... fácil hallarlos en el punto de encuentro y más fácil aún el ingreso sin largas filas a la galería de la academia .... fue una gran experiencia .... ver al david sin duda es uno de los imperdibles de esta ciudad

Large bags, backpacks, and umbrellas (must be left in the free cloakroom near the entrance)

Accademia Gallery:

Pets (except guide dogs, service dogs, and certified therapy pets)

Both the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries are wheelchair- and stroller-accessible, with facilities to accommodate visitors with mobility needs.

Additional information

Tip: Start at the Accademia for a shorter visit and finish at the Uffizi, which typically takes longer to explore.

No re-entry is allowed once you exit either gallery.
