The activity did not start on time, and the queue to enter the Accademia Gallery was very long. Unfortunately, we did not have skip-the-line tickets. What we really appreciated, however, was our guide, Loredana. She was absolutely fantastic! She did her best to make the experience enjoyable and comfortable for everyone. She was extremely knowledgeable and had a wonderful ability to explain things clearly and bring the art and history to life. Thanks to Loredana, the experience was truly memorable despite the initial inconvenience.

Our tour started in the Academia Museum and continued into the town of Florence. The tour guide really knew the history of the area and was able to share that knowledge with us. She also had a wonderful sense of humor which kept us entertained.

Angela or AR was an exceptional guide. Very instant kept us in the shade. We enjoyed the walking tour and the Accademia. Thank you. The gentleman who called us in the morning to check where we were was just a bit confusing and actually slowed us down. He was also trying to lead us to the wrong spot. So it created stress for us instead of helping. We did arrive to the meeting point in time.

The tour was great, and Lori, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and had a wonderful presentation style. Such an interesting history and Akademia Gallery was superb. The David statue is magnificent and Lori made Michelangelo's story come to life. I was dissapointed that the walking part of the tour was canceled by email a few days before arrival, cutting the tour short by 3/4 hour. The tour gave context to the great work of art.
