Guide was very accommodating waiting for late arrivals and lost tourists. Meeting point very easy, guide even provided photo in advance of tour. Guide very knowledgeable on art history snd was able to get the group through all the highlights in the Palace. Total tour about 1.5 hours. Walking very manageable with a few sets of stairs. Time at end of tour to visit palace at your own pace. Back packs must be checked.

It was absolutely a dream -- this is one of the main reasons I brought my mother to Vienna: to see the Belvedere Palace and to see Gustav Klimt's work. Our tour guide was exceptional and made it a beautiful and seamless storylike experience. This is a must see for everyone in Vienna. It is absolutely magical!
