Tour molto interessante, la guida molto preparata, bravissima. Durante tutto il tour le spiegazioni sono state molto dettagliate, la guida è stata molto brava sia nell'organizzazione del tour per quanto riguarda i tempi dello stesso all'interno dei luoghi visitati che nelle spiegazioni - che sono state molto interessanti - di ciò che abbiamo visto. È stato un ottimo tour grazie alla professionalità e alla disponibilità della nostra guida.

Vielen Dank, alles hat problemlos gepasst. Die Führung war interessant, wobei ich jetzt im Nachhinein denke , ein Audiofühter im Sisi Museum eigentlich ausreicht. So hätte man Zeit, sich die ausgestellten Exponate so lange zu genießen, wie man selber will.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum or palace.

Baby strollers, umbrellas, and scooters are prohibited on the tour.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum and palace areas.

There is no luggage storage available for bags, extra clothing, or personal items.

Accessibility

This activity is not suitable for individuals with disabilities.

The Sisi Museum features narrow, crowded, and loud corridors that may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Additional information

Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time; latecomers will not be admitted or refunded.

Tours are conducted in one language only, as selected during booking.

Headsets are provided for clear listening when the group size reaches 18 or more participants (maximum group size: 25).

The Sisi Museum will undergo renovations in 2025, and access to certain rooms and exhibitions may be restricted.

Free entry to the Hofburg courtyards, Heldenplatz, and Burggarten is included.

The gardens are not green or lit in winter; for the best experience, book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer, or autumn.

In case of bad weather (e.g., snow), an alternative route will be offered for guest safety.

From November 8 to December 31, the tour may include a visit to a local Christmas Market instead of the gardens.

Children aged 0–6 join for free; children aged 6–18 receive a reduced price (where applicable).

No hotel pickup or drop-off is included.

Gratuities, personal expenses, and additional activities outside the main tour are not included.
