Very easy to book at reasonable rates, clear information about time slots etc ( if applicable). I used this service twice and was quite pleased with it. However at the time of second booking I was unable to avail the 10% discount that was promised after the first booking. It didn't impact our experience in anyway.

Our visit to Belvedere Palace was a wonderful experience. We explored the beautiful palace, admired its impressive architecture and gardens, and saw many famous works of art. It was a great opportunity to learn more about Vienna’s history and culture while spending a lovely time together.

Fabulous service during the purchase, clear and easy. The highlights of our visit was first how easy it was to make our booking with Headout, the second was to be able to stand in front of Klimt's The Kiss, and just marvel at the genius of Gustav Klimt!

Attrazione meravigliosa, degna del nome che porta, nessun problema per accedere con l'applicazione. L'acquisto online tramite applicazione mi ha consentito di ottenere una riduzione sul prezzo del biglietto ed evitare la fila alla biglietteria.

The Belvedere palace is a must! The gallery is a wonderful art collection that is worth seeing. Gustav Klimt's paintings are impressive and if you are in Vienna, you can't say you saw it, if you didn't go in the Belvedere.

I very much like how you told the incredible history of the building itself, with the pictures through time. The object of the palace has as much a story to tell as each of the masterpieces displayed so elegantly inside

It was good however while using the audio guide, it kept switching explanation literally every two seconds for no reason. I listened to an explanation 5 times because it kept going to the previous explanation. I would take a couple steps, it would explain the room I was in and all of a sudden it switched back to the previous explanation. So I would move forward and it would restart the room explanation just to go back to the previous explanation.
