Additionally, the staff in the shop were lovely and assisted me kindly with leaving my luggage in the lockers. The palace interiors are simply dazzling, providing a stunning backdrop to the world-class collection. Even though there is ongoing renovation work on the facade of one wing, the tour proceeds without any obstacles or disruptions. I also found the temporary exhibition very engaging, and the audio description guide in English was excellent—clear, informative, and very well-produced. It was a flawless cultural experience despite the minor construction outside.

Really enjoyed the insights provided by our guide. So much to take in but the highlights she presented to us in a succinct and easily understood style made the visit just perfect. The section on Klimt was first class, her panoramic picture tip an added "extra" and her suggestion to walk down through the gardens to the city rounded off a visit beyond expectation.

It was so simple. I tried to get tickets at the Belvedere Palace but it wouldn't respond so I lucked out clicking on your site. Also you offered a much lower price since we only wanted the upper house and we are seniors. Site would have charged for full tours plus no discount.

The guide, I think his name was Marco (barrouque) was particularly good. He imparted a lot of art history in an interesting way and then tied together the various rooms. His pace was wonderful as is his humor. Really enjoyed the tour
