Due to the limited availability of full tours including museum and camp access, I opted for this excursion as a last-minute alternative. The service commenced with a pickup location conveniently situated within a seven-minute walk from our hotel. The itinerary included a drive-by of the historic factory, followed by visits to the Auschwitz labor camp and Birkenau. Although we did not enter the facilities, the excursion provided excellent value. Our guide, Antoni, was exceptional; he demonstrated comprehensive knowledge, possessed strong proficiency in both English and Spanish, and addressed all inquiries thoroughly. Furthermore, he provided outstanding assistance when we requested help booking a subsequent tour, consistently exceeding our expectations. I rate the overall experience 10/10.

It was a good experience overall. Our guide, Yusuf, was very thorough in explaining the important historical events and showing us as much as he could. As the indoor tour was not available that day, we had an exterior tour instead, and Yusuf did his best to explain the history and highlight the key features from the outside. He also kindly shared local recommendations with us via WhatsApp afterwards, which was very helpful. On top of that, he offered us a free walking tour of KK the following day, which was a lovely bonus. Thank you, Yusuf and Headout, for your efforts and for making the experience worthwhile!

The tour was amazing and the tour guide was very good at telling the history about the camps. We saw more than what we thought we would Ans Antoni told the history well very emotional tour.

We had an excellent tour around the outside of Auschwitz, Birkenau and Monowitz, the areas surrounding the former factories. Our guide, Antonio, was fantastic — extremely knowledgeable, informative and an excellent communicator. Antoni provided a lot of historical context and information throughout the tour, making the experience both interesting and meaningful. Although the tour did not include entry inside the museums, it was a great alternative for us as our original tour had unfortunately been cancelled. We were really pleased that we were still able to visit these important historical sites and learn about their history. I would definitely recommend this tour, particularly if you are looking for an informative and meaningful way to visit Auschwitz, Birkenau and Monowitz without going inside.
