Most travellers begin at the Heineken Experience in the De Pijp district. After a brief ticket validation and ID check at the entrance, you will enter the self-guided circuit. The canal cruise departure point is located just a 400-meter walk from the brewery exit; simply present your digital voucher at the dock to board the next available boat.
