Hi, the 5-day GVB Pass was very useful, although I had issues with some GVB officials who told me that the expiration time was calculated from the first use, when in fact it is calculated from the time selected when purchasing (no completely agree on this topic). In fact, it expired while I was traveling, and I was unable to exit the metro gates without immediately purchasing another one online (being stuck with your family in the metro is not very pleasant). I think exit should always be guaranteed, even with an expired pass. Otherwise, everything was very efficient and functional!

Le pass 5 jours était bien pratique. Tram et métro illimités, n'avons pas eu l'occasion de prendre le bus . Avons quand même mis 4jours pour trouver comment positionner le qrcode sur l'appareil ds le tram ..pas toujours évident quand on n'a pas l'habitude . Le téléchargement des accès au transport n'était pas simple. Que 24 h pour l'enregistrer . Donc vérifier bien que vous avez tous les billets même pour un tiers. Sinon c était parfait.

This digital pass lets you tap and ride any public transport in Amsterdam. Simply add it to your GVB app or Apple Wallet on your mobile phone for a convenient, digital travel companion.

You can change between public transport lines as many times as you want.

Before activation, your pass is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Your pass is activated as soon as you use it for the first time and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 48-hour pass and take any public transport at 3pm on a Monday afternoon, your pass is valid till Wednesday 3pm.
