I liked the booth where I stayed in. It was at the rear area near the toilet. The single person booth was proportionally covered so that the surrounding noises didn't cause much distraction.

It was good and enjoyable. I rated 3 stars because I have an issue with my ticket at the entrance. Otherwise, I could have given more stars. The food was good, and the atmosphere was not bad.

Its private, I liked that. The choices of food are rather limited. Seriously, the Strata lounge in Auckland airport, you pay NZD90 for one person but get a much bigger variety and you are not limited in shower time. For the price I paid for the Plaza Premium Lounge, there shouldn't be a limit.

Sorry the stay was not as good as I expected from the lounge in Singapore the food only catered for Asian not western food with exception of cakes .... no fresh milk for tea,,,,,we left before time

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Ensure you have your onward boarding pass, as the lounge is located in the restricted area and is only accessible to transit passengers.

What’s not allowed

Smoking is not permitted inside the lounge.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.
