Really nice and chill atmosphere to spend time in before my flight. The staff were lovely and helpful. There was multiple seating options so was able to sit at a table for my dinner then chill in an armchair. Great drink options and loved the Laksa. Everything was great, really enjoyed it and will likely go back before my flight home.

The staff were friendly, couteous and helpful. The facilities were very clean and tidy. The food and drink was enjoyable. We would definitely avail ourselves of the facilities again if we have a long layover.

First experience in this Singapore lounge and have to say customer service was exceptional, they ensured to chase up my assistance on time. There was both hot and cold dishes, as well as a variety of beverages. The only thing I would add is maybe have a separate family section with kids but apart from that we managed to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere prior to our long flight home

Changi is an amazing airport and the lounge area was very good , food as you wanted and drinks as I liked , next time we go to New Zealand we will come again, two years hopefully

Very good. I had 3 hours between about 4am and 7am. I paid extra for a shower which was nice to freshen up before my next flight. The food and drinks were very nice. All staff were helpful and willing to assist. My only negative was that the USB charging points on the large sofas did not work. There were a few people in the Lounge but it was quiet and pleasant. I would recommend this lounge in Singapore Changi Terminal 1.

It was not overall a pleasant experiment with the staff there. Overall very clean and prompt clearance of the rubbish by the staff. Food options were limited but was able to order some options from the board too. The only downside was the location was not signposted properly and the map of the floor didn't help to find it either. So I had to ask the floor staff to help me locate it.

Rest and recharge: Choose from three private resting suites or sleeping pods (charges may apply), with comfortable seating throughout.

Showers and amenities: Six shower rooms, including a wheelchair-friendly option, are available for a refreshing break (charges may apply).

Connectivity: Complimentary Wi-Fi and charging stations keep your devices powered and connected.

Entertainment and updates: Access flight screens, TV channels, newspapers, and magazines while you wait.

Family-friendly: Children under 2 years old enjoy complimentary access.

Hygiene standards: The lounge is certified with the SG Clean quality mark and is open 24 hours daily for maximum flexibility.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Ensure you have your onward boarding pass, as the lounge is located in the restricted area and is only accessible to transit passengers.

What’s not allowed

Smoking is not permitted inside the lounge.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Accessibility

The lounge is wheelchair accessible, with at least one shower room designed to accommodate wheelchair users.
