I recently visited the Plaza Premium Lounge Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1 and overall had a decent experience. The lounge is well-designed, modern, and offers a comfortable place to relax during a layover. The seating area is spacious enough, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere compared to the main terminal. Food selection was acceptable, with a mix of hot dishes and snacks, though it could be improved in variety and quality. Drinks were easily accessible and staff were generally polite. One downside was that access and organization could be clearer, and at times it felt slightly crowded depending on the hour. Also, some amenities didn’t fully match expectations for a premium lounge. Overall, it’s a good option for resting, recharging devices, and having a quick meal before a flight, but there’s still room for improvement to truly feel “premium.” Ps. The soup was great ...so the cold drinks

Supero con creces todas mis expectativas la verdad que era realmente impresionante soy de España y jamás había visto un olivo tan grande como los que tienen allí y por supuesto tuve la gran suerte de ver los cerezos en flor que es una experiencia inolvidable. Unreal place to see, the amount of work that must have been done to prepare the gardens is astonishing, the Japanese section of the flower dome was particularly stunning

Gardens by the Bay was an excellent experience. The consistent exhibits are accentuated by season events. When we went the Tulip exhibit and Jurassic park were on and they were really well integrated and fun. Recommended.

I always stay at the ambassador and I really like your service. The food is great and your people are very welcoming. My only suggestion would be that in the showers you should also provide a shower mat because it feels a little unhygienic standing on the tiles.
