Such a beautiful experience. Our family were exhausted on the day I had originally booked for but thankfully the tickets were flexible so we were able to attend the flyer a few days later. The view is beyond stunning, the capsules are comfortably airconditioned and spacious, and the ride is the perfect amount of time to see and experience Singapore's views. We went in the evening, the queues were minimal, & the time capsule before entering is fun and interactive for kids and adults alike. I would have loved the photo taken by the attraction but S$75 or $85AUD was extremely overpriced compared to many other attractions in the area. No worry though fellow tourists are always around to help out with photos. Don't visit Singapore without doing the flyer.

Estoy de visita en Singapur y busqué un lugar que me permitiera convivir con mi sobrino y mi hermana. La experiencia Jurásica fue buenisima, mi sobrino me contaba todo al respecto de aquellos animales y el juego de alturas lo hace mas real, pero sobretodo le brinda una sacudida al cuerpo. La vista con la cascada rodeada de la naturaleza es deslumbrante. Por otro lado, si eres amante de los jardines, te vuelves a enamorar de la vida y de la gente paseando en el domo de flores. Y si no tienes jardín, te dan ganas de llegar a construir uno en tu casa, puedes apreciar desde flores que ya conoces hasta las más exóticas. Recomiendo ampliamente la experiencia.

Booking through Headout made my Singapore experience super smooth. The confirmation was instant, the mobile voucher scanned easily at entry, and the instructions (timings/where to go) were clear. I saved time by skipping ticket counters and could just enjoy the attraction without worrying about logistics. Would book again. The wonder, awe, and sheer beauty of Gardens by the Bay which includee: Cloud Forest (Jurassic World Experience) + Flower Dome + Supertree Observatory, were the real standouts. We loved every minute of it, and I’d absolutely say it’s a must‑visit in Singapore.

What we were able to see at the Gardens by the Bay were beautiful. However, when I purchased the tickets for the Cloud dome, the Flower dome and the observation deck, times were not very clear. The ticket stated the ticket was available until 9:00pm. We arrived at 7:30 visited the cloud dome and tried to visit the observatory deck to see the light show, only to be informed that it closed at 4:00. So I asked to go to the bridge instead and was denied. 😡 We then tried to go to the Flower Dome only to be informed that it was also closed. So even though we bought tickets for 3 attractions, we only saw 1. Very very disappointing!!! Read ALL small print before buying!!!

We arrived just after opening on a Sunday. no queues as I had pre purchased digital tickets on line. Not too crowded. I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature in the cloud forest and flower dome was comfortable due to climate control. We paid extra to go on sky walk in super trees. A great experience. Got some fantastic photos a great visit would recommend. Good cafes and refreshments available. Fair prices.

It was so easy using the QR code for all three attractions and better value than buying at the venue. All three were fantastic! Not to be missed for anyone travelling to Singapore. The view from the observation tower was phenomenal!

It was all amazing but our favourites were the Cloud Forest (Jurassic World Experience), they nailed it! And the Flower Dome. Having said that the evening light and sound show at the Supertrees area was pretty epic as well.
