No access without prior booking 🤷🏻 The Tower is so impressive in itself that you don't really need to see the crown jewels.

Great day out at Tower of London. Went on the Yeoman tour. Danny was amazing really funny and some great stories really made our trip. Tower has lots of steps inside so be prepared. Loved the Crown Jewels but does get busy.

The Tower is worth a visit and the ticket price. Although it was a very sunny winter day, which made it all very good. You can go on a rainy day, because there's plenty to see inside. After three hours I still hadn't seen it all. I skipped the crown jewels, the fusiliers museum and the torturing bits. I did see the white tower with all the harnesses and weaponry, all of the battlements and a whole bunch of towers, the towers where prisoners were held captive, the ravens, the café, a bunch of shops and dozens of wonderful views etc...

The site is spectacular and very well preserved. The guide to discover the history is well organized and distributed. We have completed the experience with a very good taste in our mouths and with a little more knowledge about the history of England.
