Buying tickets was easy and they were sent to my email quickly. I enjoyed how we were able to enter and go at our own pace instead of having to stay with a mandatory group. I will say that describing the meeting area could have been more informed. Other than that I had a wonderful experience with my daughters.

Very easy booking: we booked just 5 days before online, entry was smooth. The exhibitions were really interesting. We liked it a lot. Unfortunately the line in the café was far too long because somehow only one person handled everything from cash register to making coffee, so we didn't have coffee and snacks in the café.

Brought my grandson for a birthday treat .we were not disappointed. He said it was the best birthday present .Tower of London was so informative, Kensington Palace is beautul and the gardens are beautiful. But Hampton Court palace was our favourite its just stunning and so full of history t he gardens are amazing
