Our family trip to NASA was fascinating; we experienced incredible and moving moments there. The tour bus with Ken was wonderful; Ken has great knowledge about NASA and told us wonderful stories. A wonderful and touching moment was the story of Apollo, a magnificent moment when the doors opened and the incredible spacecraft appeared. A beautiful moment. We also had a very beautiful time in the memorial museum, watching a beautiful film about people full of passion and courage. The entire NASA experience and the time spent there is an unforgettable moment for a lifetime. We thank the people working there because thanks to them we have access to wonderful technologies that make our lives Easier We never forget this amazing place history and incredible people

The bus tour was excellent. Our driver, Ken, and our guide Ken, we're both very considerate, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with. The venues that we visited on the property were excellent. We went to the orbit café, and the food was terrific, but their management of people was less than desirable. You place your order on a kiosk and there are signs that tell you if your order is ready. Those signs never changed. One side had low numbers and one had high numbers, so with order 723. I stood on the high side after an hour wait my order showed up on the low side. Somehow people management needs to improve. Overall, I'm not letting that spoil my day KSC is amazing

We bought our tickets online. We had the best experience from the moment we arrived in the parking lot. Lots of spots to park, very easy to get in the park. We had a guided tour for 10am. We had plenty of time to find our spot in line. Ken the tour guide was super friendly with assuring us a wonderful day on his bus. Quesadently the bus driver's name was Ken too. He was sweet and comical making our trip a pleasure. We learned so much about the astronauts, space crafts, workmanship and knowledge. The Kennedy Space Center grounds are kept spotless and the staff workers friendly. I plan on going back when I'm in the area.

The tour was so awesome, seeing things so cliose up and learning the details was so interesting. Being near the launch pad seeing history being made was one of the best experiences I have ever had . I saw the Vehicle Assembly Building from the road was one thing but when we stopped there for photos was beyond thrilling. I was speechless when I saw the Spacec Shuttle Atlantis. After the film , when the doors opened and the Shuttle was feet away from me, I got so emotional. I was in awe! Wonderful day at the Kennedy Space Center.

Enjoyed the explore tour but very disappointed we could not get close to the Artemis. Understand that the tours have no control, but had that been disclosed as a possibility when I was researching, I would have saved the $90 and just did the regular bus tour. I wanted to see the takeoff but at least the rules were clear and I was not willing to lose my money if I was gone from Florida before they could be used or I couldn't gift them to a friend so I passed.

The tour was FANTASTIC! The guide (Ken) and driver (Henry) were the best! I've been on several KSC tours in the past 40 years and this was by far the best! Henry was very helpful in handling our special mobility needs and Ken was humorous and extremely knowlegable! We'd go again tomorrow with these two (if we were in Florida)! At our age, this was very special as I've been a space fan from the beginning (literally).
