The journey itself to jungfraujoch was amazing. The ascent to it whether it is eiger express or the train to top gave a dramatic alpine scenery.

The place is simply spectacular so, although it is a high priced excursion, it is highly recommended if you are in Insbruk. Booking with Headout was very easy, and with a single QR we have comfortable and direct access to all services. Also the help chat was very efficient and agile.

The experience was great. We took the trains all the way up and caught the gondolas on the way back. We almost skipped the Discovery Tour, but decided to go in right before we left. We didn't understand that this would be the best part of the experience. It has the best views. I would warn that when you book thru Hradout app you don't get a reserved seat on the train, so you will have to wait in line at certain times during the journey.
What to bring
- It is recommended to wear warm clothing and snow boots, and carry sunglasses, as Jungfraujoch is situated at a high altitude.
Accessibility
- This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. However, it's recommended that wheelchair users opt for the Eiger Express Gondola for guaranteed accommodation.

Note: This ticket also includes seat reservation for the descent. Descent is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.
