Had a beautiful time there, celrbrating my mothers 60th birthday. The entire experience, from the mountain top to the restaurants, were amazing. I would definitely book with headout again. I had to cancel the initial trip I booked due to personal reasons and rebook it for lesser people and the staff advised me accordingly on how to do so. The process was extremely easy and smooth. The refund was prompt too. Thank you so much for making the booking process and thus the trip incredibly smooth

The Trip was Amazing and lots of activities at the Top of Europe ! Breathtaking views of the snow covered Alps and green mountains Everything went as per plan just that we weee charged extra for a train reservation which was never used and we were brought down by the Eiger Gondola

The views were awesome, visiting Jungfraujoch was a once in a lifetime experience to cherish. However, considering the expense of CHF 400 for two, we expected a keepsake brochure and map to help navigate the attractions.

We loved the whole experience. Breath taking views, smooth transition from the gondola to train, well market all levels and absolutely amazing activities on the snow. So much fun for family. Must visit spot if you are in the area and count whole day for it as it's a great spot to be at 😍!

Eiger Express gondola

The Grindelwald Terminal railway station is your gateway for the Jungfraujoch and the skiing and hiking areas at the foot of the Eiger North Face. Board the Eiger Express tricable gondola to the Eiger Glacier station, and reach in 15 minutes. En route, gaze out at the largest north face of the Alps on one side and the summit ring of the Bernese foothills with the Lauberhorn, Männlichen and Faulhorn on the other. Embrace your inner shopaholic at the Grindelwald Terminal, home to the region's newest shopping center with a range of fine sportswear, culinary delicacies, ski storage areas, and of course, souvenirs.

Note: This ticket also includes the seat reservation for the descent. Descent is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.
The last departure timeline to the top varies from the departure to the bottom. Please check the arrival/departure time from the timetable provided in your final ticket.
It is recommended to wear warm clothing as temperatures tend to drop to low levels here.
For the Eigergletscher-Jungfraujoch route, we recommend a seat reservation on weekends to avoid waiting times in the terminal or on the Jungfraujoch.
As a wheelchair user, it is possible either to get to the Jungfraujoch Top of Europe with the Wengernalpbahn or with the 3S-Bahn Eiger Express from Grindelwald Terminal (via Eigergletscher).
