It was hassle-free to obtain the tickets online. No issues as well with the entrance to the venue and scanning the tickets. However, when we arrived to board, we were not informed that there were no seats available anymore as then my elderly mom had to stand the whole funicular ride. We could have waited for the next trip.

As for the actual visit, Harder Kulm is a great visit. The access is easy. We parked our car at the Interlaken Ost train station parking and walked the less than 10 minutes to the Harder Kulm station. Even though it is low season (November 9), the funicular was pretty full both ways. The views from the top were very nice and well worth the trips and the small cost.
