We enjoyed the Gondola Ride going up to First, doing the Cliff Walk, Hike to Lake Balchapsee. I would highly recommend one or two portable potty on the way to or at Lake Balchapsee. It was a very long hike, and there were no signs as to how long the hike was gonna be in terms of duration, like one hour or 2 hours, etc., and no one knew what lies ahead. Saw many young children to the point of serious exhaustion and it wasn't pleasant watching these young children suffer. There needs to be more clear signs before the start of the hike to Lake Balchapsee

I loved the experience at the First Cliff Walk! Grindelwald is simply beautiful, and the tour starts in a special way with the cable car ride, which offers wonderful views of the mountains and the surrounding landscape. Upon reaching First, the scenery is even more impressive. Doing the Cliff Walk, with the walkway along the cliffside and that incredible view of the Alps, was a wonderful experience. Everything was very well organized and easy to access. A tour that is definitely worth it and that I would do again!

Grindelwald first is located amongst the great alps mountains in Switzerland and this mountain does not stand that tall as compared to the other mountains in Switzerland hence there are lot of adventure activities top there but few are open and few are closed depending on weather conditions.

The First gondola itself is generally wheelchair accessible, and the stations provide barrier-free access and accessible facilities.

The summit area around the station, restaurant, and viewing areas is relatively accessible.

Accessible toilets are available at the mountain station.

The First Cliff Walk is not fully accessible end-to-end. Parts of the route involve steps, narrow sections, and uneven surfaces.

For groups with three or more wheelchairs, preregistration is essential, with a maximum of three wheelchairs in a group of up to ten.
