We were booked for 22h00 and when we got there said no you should be there 20 mins before which was not mentioned We had less than 25 mins for whole experience 10 mins spent in a queue so 15 mins Not worth it

What’s not allowed

Avoid bringing large bags or luggage to the Icebar or the cruise (if you’ve chosen the upgrade).

Pets are not permitted inside the Icebar.

Accessibility

Xtracold Icebar is wheelchair accessible and offers free access to restrooms.

Only clearly identifiable service dogs are allowed on the boat.

Additional information

The Xtracold Icebar is open Sunday to Thursday from 3:45pm to 10:40pm, and Friday to Saturday from 11:45am to 1am.

The Icebar is always kept at –10°C.

Icebar management reserves the right to refuse entrance if guests are intoxicated, underage, or unable to prove their age.

Arrive at least 20 minutes before your timeslot for check-in.

You can spend up to 20 minutes inside the actual Icebar.

Last admission is 45 minutes before closing time.

Tickets can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 8 hours in advance.

Children under 18 are not allowed inside the Icebar.

The nearest public transport stop is Waterlooplein (tram 14 & metro 51, 53, 54).

If you choose the upgrade, check in at LOVERS Canal Cruises at least 15 minutes before departure.

The LOVERS Canal Cruises quay is a 3-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station.
