The staff where great the experience was great would definitely recommend aslong as your okay with heights for the swing. The vr experience was fab too enjoyed that aswell

The icebar experience was amazing. Firstly you get the entry tickets for such a special price and then all the instructions were well mentioned. The vibe of the place was just spectacular and a great energy right from the beginning till the end.

The cheap drinks were a bonus. We thought show was a life show but turned out to be a video recording. Venue was small and no place to sit.

Xtracold Icebar is a year-round winter wonderland kept at –10°C. With interiors made entirely of ice, this frozen bar offers a social, offbeat experience perfect for travelers seeking something unique.

The Xtracold Icebar is open Sunday to Thursday from 3:45pm to 10:40pm, and Friday to Saturday from 11:45am to 1am.

The Icebar is always kept at –10°C.

Icebar management reserves the right to refuse entrance if guests are intoxicated, underage, or unable to prove their age.

Arrive at least 20 minutes before your timeslot for check-in.

You can spend up to 20 minutes inside the actual Icebar.

Last admission is 45 minutes before closing time.

Tickets can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 8 hours in advance.

Children under 18 are not allowed inside the Icebar.

The nearest public transport stop is Waterlooplein (tram 14 & metro 51, 53, 54).

If you choose the upgrade, check in at LOVERS Canal Cruises at least 15 minutes before departure.

The LOVERS Canal Cruises quay is a 3-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station.
