Getting started

Arrive at Universal Studios Japan from 3pm onwards and scan your Twilight Pass QR code at the park entrance. Your ticket is valid only on the selected date, and you cannot re-enter the park after leaving.

What's not allowed

Re-entry: You cannot re-enter Universal Studios Japan after leaving the park.

Ticket resale: Reselling this ticket is prohibited, and resold tickets cannot be used.

Early timed entry: If using another time-designated ticket, its entry time must not begin before 3pm.

Accessibility

Wheelchair access: The park is accessible by wheelchair, with wheelchair rentals available for a fee.

Stroller access: Strollers are permitted, with rentals available for a fee subject to availability.

Attraction access: Some attractions have height or health requirements that may limit access.

Medical conditions: Certain attractions may not suit guests with specific medical conditions or sensitivities.

Assistance dogs: Guide dogs are welcome at Universal Studios Japan.

Individual ticket: Each guest aged 4 and above requires their own ticket.

Age category: Children aged 12 who are elementary school students are charged the child price.

Discounts: Senior and disability discounts are not available for this ticket.

Entry restrictions: USJ may impose entry restrictions or deny entry depending on park conditions.

Express Pass: An Express Pass is not included with this ticket.

SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™: Entry is included only with the option selected, not with every Twilight Pass.

Ticket changes: Changeable and non-changeable ticket types are available; check your ticket conditions before booking.

Ticket details: Ticket type, quantity, age category, and delivery method cannot be changed.

Date changes: Eligible tickets can be changed only within the stated change period and validity conditions.

Annual Pass: Limited-validity tickets cannot be upgraded to an Annual Pass.

Passport: This ticket is not valid for Japanese passport holders.
