The tour & the guides are informative & it's a must see tour if you're in the area. We were picked up quite early from Krakow but you need to be because of the queue's to get in & journey time but from then onwards we we're looked after from start to finish 😁⭐

Très bonne découverte de la mine. Notre guide francophone était incroyable. Une parfaite maîtrise de la langue et avait beaucoup d'humour. La découverte de la mine est également surprenante. L'homme est capable de réaliser des choses incroyables

Very good planning. The guided tour was directly related to the main objectives of the concentration camp in Awshiwtz, which was achieved. But, in my humble opinion, it could include some details about those who were persecuted by Nazi. For instance , Jehovah's Witnesses. In the Holocaust memorial museum in Washington DC they received more spotlight by the importance of their act of courage. Die deutschsprachige Führung durch eine sehr nette Dame war sehr gut. Der äußere Ablauf der Tour war auch gut organisiert. Leider wurde die Abfahrtszeit am Vortag von 1100 Uhr auf 0530 morgens geändert. Das war schon sehr früh...

My tour through the Schindlers Factory was amazing!! Full of history and our tour guide was full of knowledge and dinamic. My tour with headout company was amazing. No problems at all and they were really sharp on time. Good experience.

Tout sest déroulé a la perfection. Il y a eu un changement d'horaire pour le départ de Cracovie mais nous avons été prévenus la veille. Comme je savais que ca arrivait, je n'avais rien prévu d'autre de la journée. Le bus était parfaitement à l'heure . Le guide dans le bus était parfait et ses explications en anglais étaient compréhensibles. Arrivé sur place nous avons retrouvé une guide francophone qui nous a fait vivre l'histoire. Retour sur Cracovie au lieu de prise en charge.

The tour of Schindlers Factory is amazing, very interactive and our tour guide Alicja was brilliant. She had so much info and is a fantastic storyteller, she really puts you in their shoes for the walk through from Krakow August 1939 right through to the end of the war and the liberation of the factory. It's absolutely chilling but oh my gosh, such an important part of history that NEEDS to be remembered. I would book with her again whenever possible! The tour of the Jewish ghetto was good, a bit less to see but still very interesting and Alicja was very knowledgeable on lots of topics. She also had photos etc to show that she provided herself and you could tell she loved her job and gave it her all. If you're thinking of booking a tour, definitely book with Headout and if you can request a particular guide, it would have to be her!
