Pleasant trip around Krakow, arrived on time at the mid-tour collection point. Only downside was the timing of the tour guide tape enroute. Some details were repeated three times and it was difficult to clearly locate the said location.

The flexibility of travel, and the friendliness of the driver and assistant. Room for improvement would be the bus pick up points, even just a sticker at the bus shelter or on a lamp post.

The bus tour was excellent covering all the important sites of Krakow. Decent quality headphones and the English guide narration was very informative.

It was foggy from the morning. Although it did not reach the historical pavement, it covered the ends of the towers of all tall buildings. The town hall was without a tip, Wawel had towers ending in a straight cut, Kościuszko's mound disappeared at the second ring road, only part of St. Joseph's Church was visible, but electric scooters shone brightly down on the pavement. Despite this, Helena Rubinstein stood in the doorway in a white blouse. You could say that the day was chilly and walking around the city of Krakow is not the best idea. However, jumping on the WOW Bus, hiding from nature for a while in a bad mood, is something else. After a few hundred meters, jump out, find a route to a convenient stop and jump on again. This is the way to experience Krakow!

Experience was good, unfortunately we were not able to take full advantage of it as my husband took unwell while we were in the ghetto area and we had to get a taxi back. Would recommend to others though.
