What's not allowed

• Pets are not allowed on board the bus.

Accessibility

• The buses are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. Each bus can only accommodate one wheelchair at a time.

• Wheelchair users must be able to enter and exit the bus independently for safety reasons.

• Wheelchairs cannot be larger than 70cm wide, 120cm long, and 135cm high. If your wheelchair exceeds these measurements, contact the operator, who will assist you.

• Only service dogs (who must be identifiable as such) are allowed on the boat.

• The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

• Buses do not operate on April 27, King's Day.

• Large groups (10+ people) may not be permitted to hop on the same bus due to limited seat availability.

• Child ticket for 4-13 year olds.

• Free entry for 0-3 year olds when accompanied by a paying adult.

• Check in at LOVERS Canal Cruises 5 minutes before departure.
