This was such a easy thing to book and ride. You can see a lot of landmarks and I highly recommend this if you want a tour of some highlights of the city. We took the downtown tour and stopped at the 9/11 memorial. It was worth it and everyone should take the time to visit this.

The tour was great but Headout is not a credital company. They charged me twice for the same tour and will not refund my money. It was only 3 people on the tour but they have charged me twice. The bus and the drivers were great but company itself SUCKS

We had an excellent experience on the Big Bus hop on hop off tour of NYC! The staff and drivers were great and very helpful. This tour includes all the "must-see" highlights of the city. Would do this again.

This is a great way to navigate around NYC. We were on the blue route and the driver pulled up to a stop and just got off the bus. We did not know this was the end of the line. He did not say anything just left us. The narrative is very interesting to learn more about NYC.

We rode the bus on Nov 7. It was our very first time to NYC. My brother is disabled and is in a wheelchair. The bus staff were absolutely fantastic. They helped with my brother. They were informative about the locations and places to enjoy. All the staff we encountered had great energy and you could tell they enjoyed their job. The bus was a big highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back!

We expected this bus tour to have a live guide like the one we did in Philadelphia with this same company, but it was an audio recording. We would have been fine with the recording but the timing was off so over half of the stories were cut off and never finished and the things bring pointed out were not where we were driving. It was a fine way to see part of the city but very disappointing on the tour aspect.

They sold so many tickets that every stop had lines of people to get on and the buses would keep telling us they were full already. At one stop after getting passed up by a 3rd bus we just started walking. Walked 25,000 steps that day. Never was informed we could get an audio app. Audio on bus was 50/50 as to whether it even worked

The guides were helpful, kind and friendly. The bus came within 15 minutes at all, but 1 of our stops. We were disappointed that the busses were only supposed to run until 5 pm, but then, were even more disappointed when a street was closed around 3:30 and the bus stops were not moved to another location.
