The story

It’s the opening night of The Murder at Haversham Manor, mounted by the hapless Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society. The actors mean well, but everything that can go wrong does: the set falls apart, the leading lady collapses, cues vanish and props revolt. In The Play That Goes Wrong, you’ll be watching a play within a play, each misstep adding to the fun as chaos mounts and the question becomes: will they ever reach the final curtain?
