Fui hoy domingo a Auschwitz-Birkenau desde el punto de encuentro en Cracovia, si bien había elegido para salir a las 7:00 nos cambiaron para las 5:20, no es lo más divertido que puede pasar pero siendo domingo y que se llena terminó siendo beneficioso además de que 12:30 ya estábamos de regreso en Cracovia. Realmente tenía mis dudas al momento de comprar pero fue excelente la experiencia. La encargada del traslado fue muy clara con la información, el tour lo da una persona que es del campo por lo que la información es precisa y muy clara. Vale la pena pagar el traslado, los tiempos del tour son los que ameritan en estas situaciones donde va mucha gente, es cierto que hay lugares que estaría bueno tener más tiempo pero no está mal.

Picked up and dropped off punctually. However, the time was changed from 8:45 AM to 5:40 AM. On the other hand, I was back to Krakow before 2 PM so I had the day to recover from the experience of Auschwitz that changes something inside you. The guided tours of Auschwitz are well organised, but we had to rush through Birkenau because of time contrains, without the possibility to aks questions and read banners. More time should be incorporated for Birkenau as it also involves extensive walking.

Was a great day out. Very organised and well planned out. Had a text a few days before from the company it was booked through with a location and time to meet. Our driver Jordan from Legedary Krakow was fantastic, very friendly and chatty and was more than happy to help and provide information where he could. It was clear he enjoyed what he does and helped to make the day great. Highly recommend the tour and also Legedary Krakow.

Hoch professionell und perfekt organisiert -von der Buchung bis Abschluss der Tour. Kontaktaufnahme vorab via WhatsApp, WhatsApp Gruppe für die Tour mit Hinweis auf Busstandort und Treffzeiten. Guides für die Fahrt und für die Gedenkstätte (getrennt) sehr professionell ohne dass einem das Gefühl gegeben wurde, ein Programm würde abgespult. Alle Guides sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Это был удивительный опыт и очень интересная экскурсия! Мы в полном восторге! Нас забрали из отеля и доставили обратно в отель в очень комфортном автобусе. Гид в концлагере Освенцум была замечательная, экскурсия была на английском языке, гид рассказывала очень интересно и мы узнали очень много нового! Лучший гид, который когда либо я встречала. Veldig fornøyd med hele turen fra vi ble informert på tekstmelding flere dager i forveien. Vi var skeptiske på å bli hentet så tidlig, men jeg må si da dagen kom var dette å foretrekke. Vi slapp unna den verste solen. Helt perfekt. Sjåføren vår var strålende. Kjørte pent og gav tydelige instrukser. Alt i alt topp service.

Die angemeldete Zeit von 08.00 Uhr wurde auf 05.20! Uhr vorverlegt. Zum Treffpunkt hatten wir noch 20 Min. Fußweg. Schon sehr früh im Urlaub. Pünktliche Abholung und gute Organisation. Deutsche Führung. Der begleitende Guide sprach ein nicht ganz so deutliches Deutsch und war nicht immer gut verständlich. Man wurde auch etwas gehetzt... immer weiter gehen... mir war es etwas schnell. Die Kombination mit Buchenau ist sinnvoll, es begleitete der selbe Guide. Insgesamt wirklich beeindruckende Reise in die Greueltaten des NS Regiems.

Très bien organisé, la guide super mais dommage que nous avions effectué la visite du camp d'Auschwitz comme un marathon..... trop rapide pas le temps de s'imprégner du lieu.

The museum guide was really good presenter. We proceeded from step to step to step smoothly. Pickup from hotel and return went smoothly. Boxed lunch was a good idea.
