I booked a trip to Auschwitz and Birkenau after official tickets with an English guide were sold out months in advance. The tour included hotel pickup and transport, which worked flawlessly – everything was punctual and smooth. At the museum, there was a shared queue for all time slots, which caused delays, but this seems to be the museum’s system rather than the tour provider’s responsibility. The workaround with a “translator” was actually very effective – our English-speaking guide (Brigitte) was excellent. She was kind, empathetic, and clearly very engaged in the history, which made the experience more meaningful. The visit itself was well organized, and despite large crowds, the guides managed the flow efficiently and avoided unnecessary waiting where possible. It is a fast-paced visit, so don’t expect much time at each spot, but that’s understandable given the number of visitors. One small tip: bring your own food and water, as there is very limited time between stops. Overall, a very well-organized and worthwhile experience.

Prima di tutto ho apprezzato la serietà della compagnia, un altro tour operator mi aveva annullato la visita dicendo che era chiuso per una commemorazione, cosa non vera. Quindi un grande grazie anche solo per averci permesso di entrare... Autista puntuale, simpatico e disponibile e mezzo molto pulito e confortevole. Il luogo è molto toccante e la guida ha saputo raccontare con gentilezza le cose spiacevoli che succedevano lì, molto importante per il mio gruppo perché viaggiavamo con bambine di 12 anni e molti dicevano che non era consigliabile. Ma Magdalena ha avuta la giusta delicatezza anche per loro. Consigliatissimo

Hace tres meses contratamos esta excursión con otro tour operador, el cual dos días antes nos avisa que cancela la excursión. La desolación fue máxima, así que cuando pensábamos que todo estaba perdido, encontramos que en Headout había dos entradas para el último día de nuestro viaje. La alegría fue inmensa y nos devolvió la ilusión en nuestro viaje. La organización de la compañía, las facilidades (hemos tenido que llevar nuestras maletas a la excursión), la comunicscion con los responsables... todo ha sido maravilloso. Sin duda repetiríamos con ellos y por supuestos los recomendaremos. Gracias por

Organisation exceptionnelle. Notre conducteur a été d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Très prévenant. Tout a été parfaitement expliqué en amont et pendant. Très facile et agréable. Sur place pendant les visites nous avons été guidés par Anthony, guide français. Les explications, l'humilité et la bienveillance ont été au rendez-vous vous. È stata un'esperienza molto intensa e forte, siamo stati accompagnati in tutto e per tutto da Headout, che non solo ha organizzato il nostro trasferimento ad Auschwitz e Birkenau con un pullman che ci è venuto a prendere direttamente in hotel, ma ci ha anche fornito il pranzo e una guida molto professionale, preparata e competente, che ci ha accompagnato e spiegato l'intera visita. L'organizzazione precedente l'evento è stata perfetta, ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo

The organisation and communication was very smooth - I received a whatsapp 2 day before the tour confirming pick up time from my hotel and organisation of a packed lunch for the day. The driver was friendly, professional and punctual. Our tour guide was also excellent - she was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent communication skills across multiple languages and was very good at managing the large group. Transfers between the two camps were also managed well.

    • Hop aboard a comfortable air-conditioned minivan for a full-day guided journey into the chilling history of World War II, starting from Krakow.

    La verdad , me costó un poco levantarme a las 4 a m pero tuvo su beneficio en cuanto al tiempo que llevo el tour, por otro lado nuestra guía EDU era de lo más agradable, amena, y con interés por la historia que nos contaba. Le pongo un 10, igual a su compañero y al conductor, superó mis expectativas. Muchas gracias.

    Der Fahrer, der uns hingebracht hat, war super nett und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Auch der Tour-Guide in Auschwitz war sehr freundlich, hat alles verständlich erklärt und die Führung wirklich hervorragend gemacht. Klare Empfehlung!
