Esperienza molto bella e ben organizzata. Il biglietto per il One World Observatory ci ha permesso di evitare la fila alla biglietteria e di accedere in modo veloce. La vista su New York dall’alto è spettacolare e merita assolutamente una visita. Molto comoda anche la combinazione con i biglietti per l’American Museum of Natural History. Un’ottima soluzione per visitare due delle principali attrazioni di New York risparmiando tempo e organizzando facilmente le visite. Esperienza consigliata!

Such a beautiful and fun experience! The views of New York City are absolutely breathtaking, and there are so many amazing photo spots. 📸✨ The glass floor and the outdoor deck make the experience even more exciting. Everything was beautiful, modern, and well organized. Definitely a must-visit in NYC, especially if you love taking photos and enjoying incredible views! ❤️🗽

The displays are creative and informative! With so many floors, you are guaranteed to get your monies worth. My biggest complaint is that there's so much to see and not enough time! Highly recommend reviewing the map and starting with your favorites first.

The ticket purchase process was quick and easy. However, having to redeem the voucher for physical tickets at the counter was an unnecessary extra step. It would have been much better if the voucher could be used directly for entry, making the experience completely seamless. That said, the museum has an excellent collection, and we had a wonderful time exploring the exhibits with the kids. It was both educational and enjoyable, offering a great opportunity to learn about history in an engaging way. Overall, it was a memorable family experience.

Leuk museum en zeker de moeite waard. Van alles te zien zoals diorama's met dieren, skeletten van diverse dinosaurussen en ook allerlei voorwerpen van diverse culturen. Wij hebben ons hier goed vermaakt. Tickets eenvoudig via Headout besteld waardoor je ook snel binnen bent.

Todo perfecto sin problemas un precio mas bajo que en el museo, sin problemas a la hora de comunicarse fue buena recibiendo correos en todo momento, con las entradas y todo, solo valio con enseñar el codigo que me mandaron y sin problema.

The Edge was fantastic! But, there was a weather warning and I wanted to cancel. No one on the phone was available because it was after said time. But weather does not have a time limit. The news said it would be very very bad ( flood warning) in NY and I wanted to cancel. I checked online and you have 5 reasons to cancel. Weather is not one of them. That was scary and frustrating. I do. It know how you can resolve it- but when we went to the Edge and spoke to the lines people at the bottom- they were surprised that I could not cancel. That being said God changed the weather for us and it was amazing!!!!! Also nobody really was up their and I got to embrace NY and just loved it!!!! Such a great experience!

Tip: The museum’s vast space means a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes to ensure you can explore comfortably all day.

Please note: Exhibits at the LeFrak Theater (Giant-Screen Film) will be closed until Spring 2027.
