- Alcohol, illegal substances, and intoxication are strictly banned.
- Weapons, sharp tools, selfie sticks, and breakable glass items cannot be brought inside.
- Smoking and vaping—including e-cigarettes—are not allowed anywhere.
- Hockey equipment is not allowed during public skating hours.
- You may not carry anyone or bring unsecured personal items onto The Rink.
- Offering private lessons at The Rink is prohibited.
- Guests under 14 must be accompanied by someone 14 or older; unaccompanied minors will not be admitted.
- There is no re-entry after leaving any venue or park.
- Water park wristbands are single-day use only and cannot be transferred or shared.
