Our guide was very committed to the group, made sure everyone was included, explained the history and significance of sites, and accommodated, and even made time to help a couple recover their stolen backpack that was turned into the security station. Note that thieves are everywhere at the main tourist sites.

We had a great time with our guide who not only shared some facts about what we were visiting but also facts about Turkey and Istanbul. Really interesting to have another perspective...and we skipped the line :-)

Our guide gave great information. Had difficulty hearing him at times. Sometimes his directions of where to meet were not descriptive enough. The group was too large. Ended up not using the ticket for haggia Sophia because the line was too long and it was the last stop. I never did receive the email after booking and even after calling support, never received. I did receive the text (which referenced my correct email address) so thankfully because I had an international plan, was able to receive the text and therefore my tickets. So please work on these aspects and you will receive a better rating.

I liked the tour, but I really advise the revision of the tour description. The description mentioned choosing a slot for each visit and that some sites where closed certain days of the week and in the end we just got the tour in one go, which was my preference. But because the description was not clear I ended up by changing other plans. So please be clear about the tour layout. I am starting to notice that everything single activity I book is poorly explained. Is it a cultural thing?
