Last week

We went to see westlife at the 02 arena, the cable car allowed us to see the arena from the other side and see how large it actually is, we were able to watch the climbers at the top of the arena too. We then saw a food festival that was happening on the other side and someone was water boarding too. It just made our whole day magical. I will definitely be back again soon as we would love to show my children and grandchild the other side of London. Many thanks for making our day special

We had a very relaxing time on the Uber boat with refreshments we bought, seeing lots of famous landmarks from a different perspective. The cable cars were a stones throw away from the dock when we arrived. Didn't have to queue for very long (less then 10mins). And had a cable car to ourselves which was lovely as it was my birthday, so this made it feel more special. This ended our trip in London with beautiful views on a very smooth ride.

My wife and I wanted to see London in a different way, so we booked the Uber Boat and cable car in London. It was a very pleasant experience, both on the boat, where we saw all of London's most famous sights, and on the cable car, which is truly incredible. It was enjoyable and unforgettable.

The Cutty Sark was in excellent condition - a remarkable renovation. The Cable Car a totally new experince with great views/. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed the trip - apart the slightly high wind. The slight downside is simply the difficulty & time in getting to both venues.

We went on a Monday and there was no queue so we hopped straight on. The weather was sunny and bright so the views were fantastic. I really enjoyed the ride and being so close to the O2 meant lots of places to choose from for lunch. A lovely day out.

A wonderful, warm autumn evening on the Thames with cheerful staff. The boat was spacious and clean, and there were also snacks and drinks available. The ride from the Tower pier to the cable car took about 30 minutes. It was a 5-minute walk to the cable car, and there was no queue there (visiting day Monday). We had a cabin to ourselves. At a height of 90 meters, we crossed the Thames and had a fantastic view of the evening sky with the London skyline. I wanted to take some nice pictures of the sunset, and that worked out well. Unfortunately, the cabin windows were not super clean. But I suppose that can't be helped with London's changeable weather. The photos turned out quite nice anyway. The way back to the center was a bit of an adventure. You should probably check that out in advance.

It was a very smooth entry and no queue. It was such an amazing view and the heights it reached was phoenmonal. Lasted 20 mins for there and back, and was smooth. The most break taking views and good service.

Accessibility

All the piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City, and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers.

All the boats are wheelchair, mobility scooter, and pram accessible, and use ramps for boarding.

There can be a maximum of four wheelchairs on the larger boats, and they can accommodate a further three folded wheelchairs. Electronic wheelchairs are also welcome.

All boats, except Star, Storm, and Sky Clipper, have accessible toilets.

If a carer’s assistance is required, a complimentary companion ticket is issued to match the primary ticket at any staffed ticket office.

For your convenience, guide dogs are welcome to join you.

London Cable Car

The cable car may not be fully accessible to wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility.

Your guide dogs are welcome on the cable car.

Cash payments are not accepted at piers or at café bars. We recommend you order at the bar and pay with a card or payment device if you would prefer.

Children under the age of ten must remain with a supervising adult at all times.

Larger boats have baby-changing tables.

London Cable Car

You can begin your journey from either IFS Royal Victoria Docks or IFS Greenwich Peninsula and return later the same day.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Cable car operations depend on weather conditions and may be suspended in case of high winds or adverse weather.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to allow for boarding procedures.

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.

You can either remain in the cabin for a round-trip back to your original terminal or disembark at the opposite terminal and return at any time on the same day.
