A wonderful experience with Headout! The booking process was quick and intuitive, and we received our tickets instantly—which is very reassuring when planning a trip. Once we arrived, everything was well-organized and the staff was friendly, making our visit to the London Eye smooth and stress-free. We went at the end of the day, and the view at sunset was absolutely stunning, with all of London gradually lighting up. The ascent is gentle, which really gives you time to admire every viewpoint and take incredible photos. It’s a must-do activity that’s well worth the price, especially for a first-time visit. I highly recommend this experience!

Great service—it's not like Uber's water taxis, where you can't see a thing. On this cruise, they go slower and point out the sights as they go, plus you can see everything while sitting comfortably on the upper deck.

A fantastic experience from the very beginning. Boarding was quick and organized, and the staff were very friendly. The views of the London skyline from the water are breathtaking, especially when passing the London Eye and Tower Bridge. I loved the comfort of the boat, with its spacious and clean seats. The trip was smooth, ideal for relaxing and taking spectacular photos. I recommend doing it at sunset to enjoy the colors over the river. Without a doubt, a unique and modern way to explore the city. I would definitely do it again!
