What to bring

• Mobile phone to access the pre-registration link and downloadable photos.

• Pre-registration details will be sent by email after booking for faster entry.

What’s not allowed

• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside park entrances.

• Outside food and drinks (besides small snacks), pets, balloons, drones, bicycles, skate scooters, rollerblades, and pull trolleys are not allowed.

• Flash photography is not allowed inside wildlife zones; please be mindful of animals’ comfort.

Accessibility

• The experience is wheelchair- and stroller-accessible for a smooth, comfortable visit for everyone.

• First-aid stations, free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a diaper-changing room, and a nursing room are also available.

• Suitable for all ages; this is a self-guided experience.

• Arrival at Exploria begins at the Biopool in ‘Our Interconnected World.’

• Public transport and Mandai Khatib Bus options are available.

• Show and experience timings may vary; check on-site schedules for updates.

• RFID wristbands are used for interactive and gamified experiences.

• Free Wi‑Fi is available inside Exploria (EXPLORIA_FREE_WIFI) and within Mandai Wildlife Reserve (PARK_FREE_WIFI).

• On-site amenities include a gift shop with Mighty Jaxx collectibles and dining at Mandai Wildlife EAST.
