We really enjoyed this activity, headphones provided, in French, we did the first tour entirely without getting off and we returned the next day and got off at Sintra. The return trip was difficult, however, as we had to wait 45 minutes for a bus. I'd recommend it!

Two very complete tours with an audio description in Brazilian Portuguese, which is very helpful. The stops are at strategic locations near points of interest and the frequency of the buses is good. I didn't catch any crowded buses or have to wait long. I also used the streetcars for free during the validity period of the ticket and visited other places such as the São Jorge Castle on top of the hill.

we took the bus 3 times in order to stop at the stations where we wanted to visit, in the 1st bus, perfect audio guide, in the 2nd and 3rd practically no comments and often late or early compared to the place itself.
