Good explanations about headsets. Headsets included in the price. Bad that you can only board with online tickets at Stachus after exchanging them for paper tickets. This is only mentioned in passing. Online and digital is different. This is IT on foot🤣 Therefore only 4 out of 5 points.

The route of the city center was good. The commentary was sufficient. One suggestion: point out that there is also an audio guide for children. Parents were very quick to choose their language, but not for their children.

There were two major issues from my perspective: 1) there were a stop at tour (olympic tower) but unfortnately the main reason to stop there was in renovation and closed for 2 years but information about that was not available in route description. 2) bought 48h ticket but wanted to use green line on the second day and it was not possible due to some activites in the city but that information was not provided in any tour introduction/description pages/applications. And a minor issue was with two bus drivers who did not speak any english, so i could not get any help or information from them
