It was a great experience on the bus 🚌. Whenever we wanted to see the sights, we got off. Through the headphones, we listened to the history of the city; we already knew a lot of it, but there were still some interesting things to learn. When we wanted to go on, we just hopped on the next bus and kept going.

"Hop-on-hop-off" is used by multiple providers, so I ended up on the wrong bus and was politely asked to leave along the way. Finding the stops wasn't as easy as hoped, either, but it wasn't impossible. Despite everything, I had a nice tour.

Everything went smoothly: booking the tickets was easy, and once we downloaded the app, we were able to make the most of both tours, which allowed us to explore beautiful Vienna from top to bottom. The Big Bus staff we encountered, both on board and at the stops, were friendly and professional—especially Alì, whom I had the chance to chat with at the Votive Church stop. The only downside was the unbearable heat on the upper deck of the buses. I would still recommend the experience to everyone, though.
