I had issues with my online tickets and the entire team could not have been more helpful or kind. Between the bus driver, ticket sales and manager, everyone went above and beyond to help sort out the ticket issue and get us on the bus and sightseeing. A giant thank you to everyone!

Fantastic value for money. We brought the 48 hour ticket and managed to get around Edinburgh really easily. The map was easy to read the drivers and staff friendly. A special shout out to James who took the tour on the green bus route. Very informative and funny. Would recommend, well worth the money.

Ease of online ticket purchase and local exchange Availability of agents for information The red tour of the city center is very good. The green tour is almost the same, but in English only, so there's no point in doing it. I found the blue tour uninteresting: lots of traffic and the less attractive side of the city. I'd still recommend the buses for their explanations of the sites.

Got the 24 hour tickets which included all three routes, we did the green route first and had the best guide Scott! We then did the blue route and saw loads more of Edinburgh, including parts we would have not seen otherwise. Loved the fact we had it for 24 hours as we got to use it again the next morning to do more sight seeing
