The bus company has changed its name from TOOTBUS to The Original Bus. This caused some confusion when trying to find the bus stop. In addition, three optional routes were listed in different colors, but we learned from an employee handing out flyers that these had also changed. On top of that, the bus stop was actually in a different location. Once we were finally on the right bus, the ride itself—or rather, the route—was very good; however, the audio guide kept switching to the wrong language, so we had to keep resetting it. On one of the seats, the volume button also didn’t work properly. Furthermore, the audio guide’s content wasn’t appropriate for children; at times, it mentioned prostitution and violence.

Frequent buses and seats always available on the upper deck. Unfortunately, the Italian voiceover for the audio guide sounded unprofessional. But I also thought the script was lacking. The tour on the Thames was okay, but the wait time was too long.
