We had a 48-hour ticket and had the impression that the other providers used more buses. We always had to wait more than 30 minutes at the bus stops. During this time, the competitors ran 1 - 2 buses more.Catharina

It was very nice but because of the very busy weekend due to the Pope's inauguration, very busy on the road. It is easy to take this bus and convenient. We were also allowed to take the yellow bus and we waited for 45 minutes. After asking a lot of times it turned out that there are only 3 yellow buses and that was not clear. Bit of a pity.Fiona

Not love - these are the reasons for my selection above (none of the check boxes quite fit. The audio did not always work on the bus - and there was about 75% of the time where it just played background music, where I was hoping for more of a narrative on what we could see. There is So Much in Rome!! It would have been nice to know what it was. Also some of the bus stops where chaotic - too many bus routes stopping at the same place with large queues for each, meant there was lots of pushing and shoving and frayed tempers.Christine

The ease of catching the busses, the narration of facts & histroy. Wish there were more information, honestly. And the info presented for each stop--would have been nice to hear it before we got off the bus, ie Victor Emmanuel monument.John
