Very welcoming crew. Despite the weather, Madrid is a great city to view from the double decker bus. Too bad the hop on hop off is not available (hope to make use of it in Valencia). The free gift from the Hard Rock Hotel option needs to be updated as no longer valid But definitely would recommend this way to see the city.

Circuit 2 was quite good, but circuit 1, due to the change of route, did not coincide with the audio guide.

On Sundays, the Red route departs from Alfonso XII.
