In the morning, the system appears to be chaotic. I waited at stop no 9 from 10.15 until 10.50 before a train appeared, not the expected 20 to 30 minute frequency advertised. And then the train spent 15 minutes at stop no 9 while the driver processed all the tickets for a long queue of waiting people. So at the next stop, people there have been waiting even longer, and so it gets worse! You need more trains earlier in the day while everyone wishes to be on the move. The audio recording has too much music and not enough content. There is a brief comment between stops about one building, and that's generally all, then music. More information would be welcome!Azam
