When I booked the ticket online it wasn't clear that there were two different pick-up locations at 7pm and 7:30pm. I booked the 7:30pm time slot and went to Westminster Bridge only to find out the pickup location for that time was in Hatton Garden and that the Westminster Bridge bus had left at 7pm. We then ended up paying another tour bus company to take us from Westminster Bridge at 7:30pm.
