The tour was as described. We traveled both lines and saw a lot. Unfortunately the air conditioning was defective in one bus. At 35 degrees it was like being in a sauna. We then changed to the next one. Here everything was okay again. Buses left every 20 minutes as described. You never had to wait long. That was really great. They weren't overcrowded either. Could generally be a bit cheaper. But apart from that everything was great.

The bus drivers were friendly and helpful throughout. The waiting times were a maximum of 20 minutes. I live in Vienna. But it was nice to explore the city with my son in this way. The only downside. One bus had no air conditioning in the lower section.

We could get on and off everywhere. We enjoyed the sightseeing tour on the blue and red lines. And we were able to see everything. The best part was the "city center" near the opera house. And the Prater for our kids.

Interesting tour with brief but comprehensive explanations related to the various monuments and their history. Due to lack of time I could not visit them, but did the whole tour on board the bus. However, experience to be repeated...with more time available!
